Van Oord - Set Sail to a sustainable future

Van Oord is a global leader in Offshore Energy, Dredging and Infrastructure. As a family-owned company with more than 155 years of experience as an international marine contractor, we combine our expertise with innovation to deliver solutions that make a difference worldwide.

With almost 6,000 employees and a fleet of around 60 vessels, we contribute to the energy transition, climate adaptation and the development of sustainable marine infrastructure. Our strategy focuses on four key priorities: safety, sustainability, digitalisation and our people. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely together in diverse teams and with our clients to achieve the best results. As a learning organisation, we continuously look for ways to improve, innovate and grow.

We believe that mutual respect, open communication and trust create the foundation for great teamwork. Together, we take on challenges, develop new solutions and work towards a more sustainable future.
